Customers can cancel their orders within 1 working day of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact us at contact@researchreach.co.uk.
If a customer fails to cancel the order within 1 working day, the service will be considered accepted, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

2. Refund and Replacement Policy
Refunds or replacements are available for services under the following conditions:
The request for a refund or replacement must be made within 15 days of service delivery.
The reason for the refund or replacement request must be due to a significant issue with the service provided, such as non-compliance with agreed specifications or major deficiencies in the service delivered.
